For any complaint relating to the financed vehicle, you can address your complaints directly to the Finzr SAS partner point of sale, whose contact details are listed on the vehicle invoice.

Finzr SAS reminds you that if a disagreement persists between you and one of our partner credit institutions regarding your financing project:

• For individuals: you can contact the FBF (French Banking Federation) Mediator free of charge by post within one year of your complaint.
• For professionals: in the event of persistent disagreement, the parties will endeavor to resolve their dispute amicably before bringing it before the competent Courts.
